I think it depends, Console Bans have happened to my friends, my one friend hacked Halo so much that its permanent, another friend only got 60 days, but I think it told him that it was 60 days.

They might ban your xbox live account temporarily, but I'm pretty sure console bans are permanent. It bans your Xbox from going on Xbox live.

no my account is not suspended i can still log in on xbox.com with no problem it my xbox i was just wondering if there a way to find out how long your console banned for because on my console it doesnt say a date or anything but it also doesnt say ots permanent.? so please help me out.

Console bans are permanent: You must login or register to view this content.

It says they will not undo a console ban.
