There really isn't a "Best Xbox". Depending on a variety of factors such as cost, hard drive space, etc. one model of the 360 may or may not be better for you. If you like to play lots of games and download a lot of content, you'd want a console with a large hard drive to store content versus the models without hard drives. If you want the best reliability, you'd most likely want to go with the slim version opposed to an older model. Special editions really don't differ from normal ones except for special cases and designs; therefore, it's really a personal preference when it comes to that.
