Yea I think so, I think it sold more than Black Ops in the first week or something.

If you have friends who play it and are building a small community in a world then it's very enjoyable.
Offline solo gets boring quickly.

Every time I see my friends playing it, they are in parties, so I would say it's best like that. I tried the demo and it's pretty good, runs super smooth.

yeah but that's one of the things I loved about minecraft...
the mods and the endless possibilities of building stuff.
especially the redstone...
One really cool thing is that on the PC version you have to type in IPs for the servers while here if your friends is playing it you can join him.
