E.g it moves when i don't want it too or has alot of dead zone in it.

Is that worth buying a new controller over ? should i wait unitl both sticks have this problem it semi annoying.

I would try to clean the controller first(Some small dirt is causing the problem). What I would do is sell the controller on Craiglist for around $15-20 then go Best Buy and buy a new controller for $39.99.
