It reminds me of a more violent, bloodier, sexier Mirror's Edge.
I watched all the gameplay videos and trailers for Wet on Gamefly, it looks amazing. And the demo was a lot of fun. It is an intense action-thriller game, with amazing acrobatic-shooter-3rd person gameplay. The controls, concept, story, music, and graphics are amazing!

There seems to be 3 huge modes to the game: Hack-N-Slash, Rubi, and Action-Flying.
Hack-N-Slash: Moving your way through the level, killing all in your way, and destroying the spawns.
Rubi: Basically when blood splatters on to Rubi's face, she goes into this X-treme killer mode, destroying your way through many enemies and building up your multiplier with fun, slo-mo moves.
Action-Flying: As seen in the demo, during a car chase. You have to be prepared to press buttons to get out of dangers way, while shooting down your enemies. It has more of a movie thrill to it, that keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Before you start thinking dirty about the game title WET, it doesn't stand for anything inappropriate. Wet is short for Wetworks, basically this company that Female Mercenary, Rubi, joins. She see's that this was a big mistake and ends up fighting against some of the biggest, toughest people of the company. Although I feel the develops were hinting at making the title interesting and different.

MW2 is a very different game than Wet, lol.

In my opinion if you liked Mirror's Edge, but want something a little more daring and sexy than this is your game :cool:
