This could mean multiple things, they are going to eventually make these games since Halo 4 will be coming out soon and is expected to sell many copies like it always does or, they want to keep the domain squatters away from making a couple of dollars of the series.

It was said at E3 in 2011 that they are making a Halo 4, Halo 5, and Halo 6. :p
