it depends on what kinda mods you are looking to use

There are single player mods out there and there are loads of tutorials

but i myself use an iso modded version of this game as its so much fun lol

i want some hacks too i seen this guy firing like 1000 missles a second from his helicopter and he couldnt die and kept driving a train round the airport
