From his GT and his xbox I bought several DLC. what I want to know is, how do I get the DLC that I bought on HIS xbox, on Mine xbox, without let him lose the license of the dlcs that he bought?

in other words, the transfer license, transfer ALL licenses of an account on a xbox, or can I decide what to transfer? what I would like to dont risk is that my brother find himself without dlcs or without licenses bought from him, because sometimes my friends use to play with his console, with their GT, using the dlc that my bro bought.

I think license transferring is separate by DLC, never tried it myself.

All you do is recover the gamertag with the DLCs on, onto your xbox, then you log in with his account, go to options, system, licence transfer, and you're done, you can then download all the DLCs and anything purchased with points onto your system. Your brother will still have them, you will be able to use them too. No-one loses out

I think I understand what you are saying.
He will be able to still play with the DLC as long as he uses: either the account that brought it, or else you will need to let him recover the account and licence transfer back to himself, so that way both consoles have the licence to use the DLCs.

Ahhh Ok, and how many times and how often can i give the license from a xbox to another 1? Do u think if i do transfer license to bought, all 2 xbox will have the same content?

You can do it as many times as you want to different consoles, but you can do a licence transfer to a console which has had a licence transfer from that gamertag more than once every 3/4 months.
And yes, they will both be able to access the same content
