You need a new online pass for BF3, Saints row the third and NFS, but I don't know about L.A Noire.

I'm pretty sure you also need an online pass for Saints row 3.

You need a pass for all 3 except for LA Noire. I'm pretty sure that game doesn't have multiplayer but don't quote me on that.

LA Noire has no multiplayer so no pass needed. It's single player only.

SR3 & BF3 need a pass for online.

Not sure about NFS.
