1)Red Ring Of Death
a)4 Flashing Rings
Four lights around the power button flash red on your original Xbox 360 console. Four flashing lights mean the console doesn’t detect an audio/video (A/V) cable.
b)3 Flashing Rings
Three flashing red lights means that the Xbox 360 console or its power supply has a hardware problem. To find out if the problem is with your console or the Xbox 360 power supply, check your power supply light
c)1 Flashing Ring
One light flashes red around the power button on your original Xbox 360 console.
You might also see the following error message on your television screen or monitor:
System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
This message is followed by an error code in the format of Exx, where xx is a two-digit number.

What does a Flashed Xbox let's you do?
With a Flashed Xbox you can play burned games(you can burn them on DVD at your home),it is illegal and it will get you banned from XBOX LIVE!
What a JTAG Xbox does?
A JTAG Xbox let's you install homebrew applications and games directly to your hard drive and let's you run them.It is also illegal and will get you banned from Xbox Live.
5)Xbox Games and Xbox Microsoft Points and Membership
Xbox Games are region locked=that means that you can only buy games from EU to play them on a Xbox Console bought from EU or You can only buy games from US to play them on a US console,so it's with Australia,Asia and Africa.
Xbox Membership and Microsoft Points are region locked as well!Not all memberships are locked,but Microsoft Points are always region locked!
Also the Xbox Marketplace is region locked for some purchases,Like games on Demand or Call of Duty DLCs,to purchase that you have to use a VPN,that will only work for same GOD(Games or demand) but will work for all DLCs and other Marketplace purchases
