i think this is just a way to get people scared so that you will always send in you 360 to them if your out warrenty so you can pay them but honestly what are they gonna do come to your house and check everyones seal lol

Hmm, as far as I'm aware MS can't tell if you have modded your xbox's appearance unless you sent it to them for the RRoD fix, which would just be dumb as most of those modders would probably try to fix it themselves. As for the Pirated games, I can see where that is coming from. I'm sure MS have a way of scanning and telling if you have flashed your Xbox, however.

this was mostly for the people who bought them used not new i got a used one and brought it home only to find out the seal was missing now if i got the red ring and sent it in without checking i would be one pissed off person
