Dazzle Plus is great and well worth the $60-$80. (Have had mine now for almost a year and it still works great!)

You will need a minimum 1 of these. (If you would like to be able to play off your tv while you record. If not it will record and play only through computer.) If you want to record sound as well you will need 2 of the splitters.

too be honest im not quite sure on the difference i think it has something to do with programs it comes with because if i remember correctly the connections are still all the same.
