NextGenUpdate owns a network, There is also Yeousch, Machinima, TGN, and AwesomenessTV. I'd recommend NextGenUpdate, but note the requirements are strict.

AwesomenessTV is a scam they will not pay you they have over 2000 channel's partnered
some with no views they just use your channel to make money and do not return the favor
just a friendly warning.

I'd recommend contacting recruiters from various networks, sometimes you can get in without meeting the exact requirements if they like your content. I'm with Yeousch myself and I like it.
