They agreed and gave us written permission to monetize all of the videos in the series containing footage of the game via email.

YouTube declined the monetization request and asked for proof of rights to use. I took a screenshot of the email and linked YouTube to it but that was declined aswell as it was not enough evidence. I have tried emailing Bossa Studios UK back but they havn't replied to my email.

What can I send YouTube to prove that Bossa Studios UK have given me written permission to monetize videos containing footage of their game?
