i really dont understand this as i am partnered with freedom. if anyone else knows how to fix this or knows what is going on please tell me as im clueless

Just because you're partnered doesn't mean your copyright free...of course you can still get third-party claims.

Its fine i have fixed the problem it was a false claim on my video

Watch what games you post and when you post them. Smaller YouTube channels are more likely to get copyright claims on than larger ones.

I had a FIFA15 video which reached about 70,000 views in a matter of days because I posted it before it was released, unfortunately, YouTube and EA, and then Rockstar files 3 copyright claims against me. The EA one took down my FIFA15 video, and the Rockstar ones meant I couldnt monetise 2 of my videos, so just as a heads up, watch what and when you post things!
