You heard that right. Konami is moving forward with their marquee gaming series without famed franchise creator Hideo Kojima at the helm. The next installment in the Metal Gear-series will be titled Metal Gear Survive and is set to debut in 2017. Differentiating greatly from the originals, Survive is a co-op survival game set in an alternate universe after the events of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes.
