Modded Warfare returns with a new version of his All-in-One PS4 Mod Tool that supports the recently released 4.05 exploit by Specter as well as Black Ops 3 for the first time on a next-gen console. With the ability to exploit consoles on firmware 4.05, in comparison to the previous firmware 1.76, modders can now work on games that were released after 1.76 but before 4.05. While still limited, this is a huge jump from 1.76 when the PS4 had a very limited library. Check the forums for more info:
