I have brought my rgh online loads of times and hosted quite a bit. A couple days ago my disk drive stopped working. So basically I cant install or get the drive to read any discs. I put the disc in and it says immediately after Open Tray. I have re flashed my nand and took apart my whole console to cleaned the disk drive and still nothing. I am not sure if there is any other methods. But If you all can help me get a solution then I will rep you or something. I appreciate all the help

You may need to replace the disc drive. I will ask around and try to find you some more information
