I can see it comes on and hear it running but its not showing the display or booting. Anyone know how I can fix this? Btw its a Zephyr Rgh and im using a HDMI cable. Thanks!

Unfortunately a re-occuring issue with RGH models is that it sometimes takes multiple attempts to boot up properly. This is because of how RGH works.

So you either have a faulty RGH chip installation, or a bad flash, or even a bad video cable. Try starting your console by pressing the eject button, which should boot you into Xell, if that doesn't work, try a different cable. if THAT doesn't work, then we will start other troubleshooting methods.

None of that worked.

Sounds like a bad flash to me.
Have you ever had it fully working?

Sounds like you have a problem with your launch.ini. I would suggest just putting a usb into your RGh and boot it up.
