Welcome to NGU! as far as Stealth, check the main forum, there are a few options you can go. Unfortunately most of them will end up costing you a bit of money.... as far as KV's they are considered "warez" and we can't divulge any sort of information regarding them here on NGU. Recovery tools, hunt around the section a bit and I'm sure you'll find something! Word to the wise though, COD games are notorious for quick console bans, so if you're going to do recoveries on that end, be ready to pay.
