ROLL TIDE!!!
Just so everyone knows. "Limited" is not "Unverified". That is two differnet things.
Limited means Paypal Stopped the account because of something.
Unverified means you need to add credit card or bank account.
85% of the time adding a credit car to a "limited" does "Not" fix it.
Because to fix limited (From Paypal site) They want all "Real" info from account.
A copy of utility bill or other bill. And copy of photo ID, and yes your ID would ahve to match the one that "Created" the account.
And Address from bill also.
So again, everyone. "Limited" is "Not" "Unverified"
