You should make this clearer, Are you selling a "CANADIAN" Paypal account which is a UNVERIFIED account but as we all know can still send money.

Or are you selling account that has been verified with either a bank account or credit card, which I highly doubt is the case because your basically letting some stranger on the "internets" have access to withdrawing money from your bank account to the paypal account which is not the smartest thing....
