(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok i received an unveried paypal from someone last night, and i wont really have any use for it as i use someone else's paypal with them and i have my own paypal(which isn't verified yet).They said it's maxed out on sending and receiving so you will need to verify it before you can send/receive to my knowledge..
I will sell this for Paypal to my other paypal account, VBUX, or someone to verify my own paypal.

This $10 unverified paypal went for around 1million vbux
