If it's saying it's on another account that's bad, make sure you haven't made an account ages ago with it. But if you have the money in your paypal you can send it then somebody buys you a gift code.

I'm not sure how they work so if you did get someone to buy it, it may take a few hours to come or it might get sent in an email i'm not sure.
