The account must have gold left, and some mspoints. Also, it must be a main account or an account with all the recovery stuff(dob etc...)

REQUIREMENTS(for some ppl that cant see above!):
-over 13th Bo prestige with good stats.
-over 5months of gold
-over 4000 mspoints
-all information needed(DOB, etc....)
