Ct is combat training and they done a prestige glitch that way and i dont think anyone got banned by doing that or very little amount of people did anyways.
Eboot is the actual hack method of doing the prestige glitch and everyone gets banned using the eboot way lol

If an account is CT glitch then its pretty safe but eboot is not one bit safe unless you use it strictly in private matches or something
