And thats how much it would cost of you buy from any forum that deals with paypal and ebay related stuff. you guys may think thats expensive but I just ordered a paypal that comes with a real bank and debit card and that retails for $300.

Do you have all the info related to the account? (When mine was limited, the first thing it did was ask me for my card number to confirm my identity- I would want to make sure I have information like that in case something comes up).

Yes I have all information. I will see what else everyone else offers and get back to you. Best part is I get all the accounts for free even the $300 one because I am a mod on a paypal/ebay forum and we have to sample all accounts before they can sell.
