Once you log in, look to the left and It should Say 'Playstation 3 Systems' under 'Mobile Devices.' Then you can see how many you have activated.

Lmao. On the left, once you log in. Under mobile devices. It says, playstation 3 systems....it has a number next to it...that's the number of slots you have activated...you can also click it and see....
