$40 Isn't Worth It As It Won't Be Partnered After You Sell It.
The Reason Being Is That, Lets Say I Got Partnered For.. GFX,
Then I Sold The Account And The Person Wanted To Make The Channel About Gaming And Wasn't Getting The Subs, Views And Things Needed To Be In The Partner Program,
They Would Get The Partnership Taken Away In I'd Say About A Month If That
And My Account Has Got Like 540 Subscribers And Yours Has 23 ! :L TROLOLOLOLOL

1. He Has A Main Account That Is Partnered?
