It's max prestige on CoD 4~8. (Using hacks, though)

And why not? Three letter PSNs were able to be made at the launch of the PS3. They just can't be made anymore.

Yes it was possible to make 3 lettered/character PSN's. It's just that there all taken, banned, or deleted now, so you can't make them anymore.

OP, good luck finding one, I only know one person that has one, and he's not selling.
