Looking for a Level 30 league of legends account. My current one is no salvagable and I truely cant be bothered to go about leveling a new one.

I got a level 30, rough 30 champs and 6 skins. Pretty basic. Has only played 1 placement match so you will be able to get atleast gold elo on it.

the problem is I would also most likely need the email too if possible to stop anybody reclaiming the account once i had taken it?
