Again, I'm looking for a price in US PSN cards only (no Vbux amounts, account sharing or "Plat for Plat" deals - that is useless to me, though I'd entertain PayPal amounts, too).

I think $250 should be the minimal due to certain folks would try to double or even triple their money back in this investment. People that's offering anything under $100 will be in the market to resale it and if something goes wrong then the finger will come back around towards you. Anyone serious about that account will pay that much.
