There's no way to unlimit a PayPal with fake information.
You have to make a new one and start all over again.
I had a PayPal with $50 on it that was limited. It sucks, I know.

There is a way to unlimit a paypal, i had to unlimit mine several times. All you have to do is show proof of address, show proof of id or show proof of your ssn and you can photoshop all and don't tell me this doesn't work because i know it does i had to do it several times because i wanted my money :p

I know you have to do all of that. I had put fake info. for everything and my photoshopping skills aren't too good, so I just gave up and said f*** the $50.
