You can play 1 map n complete all the lvls for that tier :3

No. You'd need to play each tier as well. Trust me, if you've unlocked tier 4 and play with a friend who's only gotten tier 1, he'll still need to go back to unlock the rest of the gear.

Okay, but just play it or I have to complete the the whole game whatever the max round is or lets say if I die at level 5 will that count?

I can do it tested it with a friend he unlocked it and he doesn't have all the tiers done add xxaosxxmurderxx on psn
