Hello, this service is here to recover your old PlayStation Network accounts that you've forgot the password to and you simply put a fake Date of Birth that you can't remember. Well, there's a simple way to bypass that; that has recently been discovered and this service is very cheap in order to get back things like downloads, or money on your account, og accounts. LOL. Alright, I give you props on that comment. Actually made me laugh. But in reality, it's a simple method that allows you to reset your password without knowing the DOB. But I guess you're right, you can easily talk to sony (they have some shitty reps sometimes though) and recover your account. This way is just a more relaxed/easy method. If you feel that it's not worth purchasing, then I completely understand. :p

If you know the serial code, just contact PlayStation support through Live Chat. They don't ask for birth date, just your email, username, and serial.
