Load Multiman from your XMB and go to Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare And Click Triangle /\ then tick "BD MIRROR"On the bottom left hand corner, your game should now load. Tested on Rogero 4.55 And Habib 4.65.

If i play straight online rodegro 4.55 with no eboot will i get banned? or even if i change my console ID to 32 0's ?

To be honest any PS3 running a CFW that is connected to an internet source is bound to get banned from PSN.
Anyways, not using an "ANTI-BAN" {Which does not guarantee you not getting banned} EBOOT.BIN and modding your STATS will get you banned on the newest COD Games including Advanced Warfare, But If your not modding at all or just using NON-HOST Mods then that will decrease the chances of you getting banned or even getting banned at all.

So, If I play advance warfare without cheating or modding (playing normally like you should be), will I get instabanned as soon as i log in? I don't know all about the anti-ban eboots, and nor how do get one. I don't cheat whatsoever even though i have CFW.

Nope, No Insta-Ban for you, Especially if your not using Mods. But If you ever decide to use mods then I recommend using an ANTI-BAN EBOOT.BIN or make sure your RTM Tool has an Anti-Ban Feature.
