no they didnt i just witnessed someone with unlimted uav and unlimted grenades classes he wanted me to pay for it check it out my friend put it on youtube its call ps4 advance warfare hacked conferring

What you're referring to is the modded classes, which can be given on PS3 then transferred over to PS4.
