i play AW almost everyday on a CFW ps3 and i use psnpatch and paninja and i am fine i still have yet to be banned (knock on wood), and i also mod so i think you will be fine do you have a antiban EBOOT?

If you just play legit, with PSN Patch enabled (disable CFWsys calls & spoof CID & PSID) then you won't be banned, but to guarantee your safety you should use an antiban eboot to go with it.
