I'm using the eboot maker from tustin and it says it's not cex supportive which is what I have. So would that be the mistake? Idk what software I'm missing but any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Yes there is an error when you create the CEX eboot i'd suggest going to dex and using a debug eboot or just use RTM
