(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys today I downloaded AW (NPUB 31553) from the PSN Store and I wanted to use Prom1ses Antiban++ so I made a backup of the eboot.bin and the default_mp.self.

After I copied the new files I recognized that I'm still on v. 1.00 because I didn't update to 1.08.. Facepalm

As a result of this stupid mistake I now get the error 80010007 when I try to start the game.
I also tried to replace the new files with my backup files but even after I've done this the same error keeps popping up :/

Is there a way I can fix this without redownloading the whole game?

Do I have to do this when I bought the game of the PSN Store and changed the EBOOT.bin?
If so how can I add a normal game to Multiman? I know I would have to place cracked games in the GAMES folder but I have no idea how to do this with a normal game..

yeah i don't know either, try downloading a homebrew called IRISMAN and using that to launch it, when you download it open it and hit triangle on AW and select fix file's and permis then hit X on it when it is done, kinda like multiman, that is all i got i'm not sure how to deal with PSN store games because i don't really screw with any of that.

Ok thanks for your help Smile
I'll try this when I get home Awesome face

Although I think it's pretty funny that it's easier to install a custom eboot on cracked games than on legitimately downloaded ones xD

Ok so I even deleted and downloaded the whole game again but it seems as if the Eboot wasn't the reason for the error 80010007 because when I tried to start the game it gave me the error 80010017.
After I changed the Cobra Mode to active this error was solved but unfortunately the error code 80010007 appeared again.

Does anyone have an idea what could cause this error and possibly fix it?

Try mounting the game with multiman, then mount it again with IRISMAN; THEN start up the game.

When I was on CEX; the eboot i build with prom1ses eboot builder gave me that error as well; People kept saying to run it with IRISMAN but if you only use IRISMAN ; it'll load but it'll get stuck on the icon, eventually I discovered that mounting the game from multiman first, and then mounting it again with IRISMAN made it work, I don't know how, but it worked afterwards. I'm not exactly sure if your 80010017 error came from something other than the issue I faced, so I'm not sure if my suggestion will work or not but it's worth a shot Happy

Thanks for your help but whilst I devoted so much time to fix this problem I could have already downloaded a cracked version in the mean time..

I'll just do that now because I tried almost everything I found on the internet (including your advice) and nothing fixed the error at all :/

Nevertheless thanks for your effort and time you all invested to help me Happy
