How can i Mod with DEX elite weapons ? Peoples say they can "mod" 15 elite weapons...

If you own a CFW and a PS4, it's very easy. Set yourself at Master Prestige and on your PS4 prestige so you can be at Grand Master Prestige 1, it will award you with a BAL- Obsidian Steed. Now that you're at GM Prestige 1, go back onto your CFW and set yourself at 50, then once again go onto your PS4 and prestige again and you will be rewarded with another Elite gun. Do this 15 times, and you will have some of the better Elite guns that are rewarded with the Grand Master Prestiges (google for the list of guns) as well as the Purple Royalty Grand Master Prestige loadout set.
