Looking this subject up I was pointed to an article that said he should not use private lobbies. He says (and I believe him) he has never used private lobbies and this seemed to happen when he went searching for a game. His custom menu then had the names changed to youtube/iMSCx and looking at that person's youtube channel I see he has made some mod that does this to other people's accounts and some people on youtube have commented he will cause them trouble. Well. Sure enough an hour later my son's account was blocked. Is there anyway he can contact the COD people to reverse this? He only just paid for something on that account and has lost that functionality (zombies).

Make another psn account the people that own cod are useless and if he gets in a lobby again just leave as soon as
