Introduction
Hello NGU, this is my first ever tool. I'm feeling quite nervous about sharing this, but I think this should be okay.
I myself, do hope this do get patched. So enjoy it till it last, I hope you do enjoy this as well as I enjoyed coding this.
Any problems, let me know. I'll try my best to fix it ASAP.

You do know that:
Perk 1 offset + 4 = perk 2 offset
Perk 2 offset + 4 = perk 3 offset
This way you can add multiple perk hacks to the same class ��
Ps: you may see this comment in other threads. I don't know how to code yet and would like to see the ability to pick in which perk you want the mod in a tool.
