Here is a 4.66 spoofer that should work with 4.65.1
Install :

Delete your old spoof if you have one installed

Download and install the package

Launch the application, choose the version of your CFW and then choose to enable or disable the spoof 4.60
Then put yes to two successive questions (yes to reboot, yes to hard reboot).
Console restarts and ok.

For rebug says go to retail, then install spoffer, but then can I go back to debug? Or do I have to wait tile I deactivate spoffer?

I've used a spoffer when I was on 4.55, but then it says go to retail when installing,,, when can I go back into debug from rebug toolbox??

Also could you tell me a good rtm tool for gta v,, I'm on patch 1.07 all my tools don't have money opp or they don't work,, or could you tell me some offsets,, I use ccapi not on dex,, plzzz

I don't really play GTA anymore. Just look through the GTA V section and you'll find plenty of tools.
