U get it either in a supply drop or reaching grand master prestige 1 u will unlock it

Yes true it is a supply drop or by the time you hit Master Prestiege you should have it plus alot more other Elite Guns and i got mine specifically i remeber was playing Core TDM got it in a supply Drop
