I think you can but you would have to change your ps3 mac address... Requires to downgrade with e3 flasher tho i think

You can change your MAC address by downgrading to 3.55 (no e3 needed on a JB)

Call of duty have used Account, CID, MAC and I have had friends change PSID's and have success of unbanning, you can unban yourself by changing any of these.
