Yes it is, you would install an app called installous and through that you can get any app for free

wat +Luse said but u can either download installous or app sync (Through Cydia) then u can either download em from installous or you can go to You must login or register to view this content. and they have every single game there then its just a matter of syncing your ipod once you download app sync or installous

You can also use appcake, which you can download from cydia or rock.

I also use 2shared if i can't find it anywhere else.

Well they have most of the apps. But not like a one that is not really entertaining and cost money.

I have no need to Jail Break, i use my dad credit card.

Depends what version it is, but if there is a guide on youtube, make sure it is by somebody well known, because they will usualy tell you what to do if it goes wrong.
