my ipod fall down on a hard stone ground and now the whole display/screen is broken, but it works fine (games, music, etc.)
Now, I want to know what I can do, if I could do anythin, or if I can buy a new one.

restore it
get the jailbreak software off it
then ring apple
say you want a new one if you have warranty then your sorted

first of all if you restore it and call apple if it is jailbroken ur beat there is something on the ipod it catches the jailbreak even if u dont have it installed its in like the memory forever so best bet is repair it urself

restore it non jailbroken search on ebay for a person to fix for like 10 bucks

just ring up apple and restore it so no jailbreak and i think youll be set
