i don't even use springboard but thanks lol. i got it to install by just clicking install like 3 or 4 times and eventually it worked.

Springboard is the thing that has all your apps on lol, You click on an app to open it like cydia,ipod,calander etc

Thats a springboard. Winterboard and Cydia Installous will be on your springboard.
