I downloaded this a while ago, I made sure it was on in winterboard, didn't seem to make a difference though..

Yea doesn't make mine louder either...and if it does it's not enough to notice.

I have a JailBroken Iphone Touch so, I think you will need to Jailbrake it

My friend used an app like this and he said it ruined his speaker, so watch out if you do find one that makes it any louder
